Mounting & Positioning Hardware for T-Slot Rigs
Standard mounting hardware for T-slot and 8020 rail tends to be bulky, limited in range of motion, or requires tools every time you need to reposition something. Adjustable Mounts is NPDC's answer: a rail bracket clamps to your T-slot rail, a rod extends out to your equipment, and a universal ball-socket bracket on the far end swivels freely in any direction until you tighten it down — no tools needed after initial setup.
Available in six configurations across two material lines — a lighter 3D-printed nylon line and a more rigid aluminum-hardware line — with or without an inline 90° direction change. Each configuration ships as a matched set. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm exact positioning language with Frank + team.]

The plastic line (HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D-printed Nylon 12, black) is lighter and sized for cameras, sensors, and lighting. The aluminum line swaps in aluminum rod and ball-stud hardware for extra rigidity on longer reaches or heavier equipment.
Standard T-slot/8020-style rail via a standard T-nut, across common profile sizes. The universal mounting bracket end also works on a flat wall with two tapped holes, independent of rail.
We don't publish a maximum load spec — it depends on rod diameter, length, and configuration. Once hand-tightened, the pinch lock holds its set position under vibration and repeated repositioning. Contact us to talk through your specific application.
